ProExplorer
DICOM browser and reader
Leveraging the power of our ProDICOM library, ProExplorer provides a desktop interface for browsing, inspecting, and processing DICOM files and folders. Use the familiar folder tree interface for to navigate any visible drives. When the focused folder contains DICOM files, their metadata is extracted into memory, and displayed in tree or table format. Selections or whole folders of files can be inspected for commonality, or searched for by any attribute. Metadata can be used to segregate a collection, and organized subgroups of files can be moved or copied to different locations.

ProVision
Gaze Track Processor
Application consumes eye tracker data, combined and merged with concurrently recorded video. Processes gaze behavior, producing report of derived data, including fixations and saccades. Summary report provides graphical gaze maps as tracks and heatmaps, and statistical summary of selectable items, including mean and variability of fixation durations, saccade lengths, distribution of gaze within definable regions. Several implementations used application to process data collected in: Cessna aircraft for air search-and-rescue, driving simulator for multi-center psychology studies, MR scanner for schizophrenia study.

Prodigy
Generator of 3D Laplacian EEG Montages
Scalp EEG’s typical bipolar montages help reduce local common-signal noise, the localization of features is only moderate. Using 3D electrode locations, either standard or recorded by digitizer, the application creates a 3D head model, then segments the surface by applying Voronoi algorithm. From each contact’s neighbors’ distances and segment areas a Laplacian-weighted matrix is created. Users may set parameters for maximal inclusion distance, and area-versus-distance weighting. Includes interactive realtime display of head and electrodes, graphical image of each output's weighted input mapping, and a full matrix of weights that can be applied to the EEG dataset as a montage.

Proteus
Volumetric Diagnostic Imaging Viewer
Handling DICOM or NII inputs, renders multiple image volumes with multiple views. Powerful OpenGL rendering engine (Proton) permits simultaneous display of volumes with disparate data and physical dimensions. Each volume supports translation, rotation, axis swaps, and scaling. Rendering modes: canonical or oblique slices, volumetric, MIP, isosurface. Sub-voxel volume traversal permits rendering nearest-neighbor, linear filtering, or 3D cubic b-spline. Permits setting of any rendering parameter, and visualization of underlying geometry

Protege
EEG Reader and Analyzer
Opens EEG/EMG or other timeseries data from formats EDF, Xltech, Curry, or as raw data, and presents it in a flexible and easy to use graphical interface. Provides the means to create, modify, import, or export events in JSON format. Has powerful montage capabilities, and provides high quality realtime filtering, which output may be exported or saved into the current project. User-adjustable algorithms provide event detection, and event sets may be further processed to create event review sets. These create from a variety of choices additional attributes, for use in review for validation or inspection. Review data can be exported to CSV format, and may include summary data to facilitate easier post-processing.

ProDICOM
C# DICOM Library
Compiled DLL of objects and functions for reading, manipulating, and writing the data of DIOM files. Employing the 2009 standard, can be expanded to include custom DICOM dictionaries, thus able to process private tags, as created by various vendors. Is able to extract metadata and export separately from PixelData. Is able to interpret multiframe images.
-
Procyon
MR Volume Blender
Can load NII or DCM diagnostic imaging files. Displays and interactively traverses volumes from any canonical view. Any axis can be flipped, and users may apply standard DICOM color lookup tables to any volume. Once two images are entered, they may be composited into a third and saved to disk. Output may include an attached report document. GUI includes ProExplorer metadata views for DICOM, and grid view for NII.

Propeller
Physiological recorder (respiration, pulse)
Custom device employing air pressure sensor and programmable microprocessor, and respiratory bellows fitted across subject chest. Connected with pneumatic tube, created a means to monitor respiration of subjects inside an MR scanner. Desktop application combined respiration with input from pulse oximeter, showing both tracks in realtime graphs. Operator can set parameters for data recording, including report type and samplng rate.

Proxy
Physioloical Recorder (LICOX)
Consumed data from commercial device reading blood oxygenation levels from implanted probes. Raw port output received, recorded, interpreted, realtime data graphed to desktop window, and written to CSV logfile for later data analysis. Includes GUI for port configuration, report parameters.
